Notes: Burger Vision is our very exciting collaboration with Wavy Wines! Our friends Eliot Kessel and Jude Zasadzki have created the perfect Californian red blend for that delicious California backyard-style charcoal grilled burger. It’s got bright acidity and bursting red fruit notes on the palate and nose. Perfect for your next backyard shindig or even just a trip to your local burger joint.
Wavy Wines started as a friendly conversation between Eliot and Jude while celebrating Eliot’s daughter's birthday in 2019. They were drinking natural wines from all over the world trying to fathom how they could start a project that begins to resemble the styles of ‘Vin de Soif’. Creating easy-drinking summer wines was top priority. We are lucky enough to have our own wine with them and YOU are in luck too! You can pick up a bottle or two (or five) at Wine + Eggs! But hurry before it's too late!
