Tin City Cider Lower East Cider

Sweet and tart cherry co-ferment then blended with bourbon barrel aged cider with a touch of orange peel and angostura bitters. Aged for four months in new oak, whiskey and neutral wine barrels. Just a touch of Citra dry hopping for the perfect balance.
