Tasting Notes: Bright and juicy and great with a chill yet completely dry.
Winemaking: The grapes are hand harvested and undergo semi-carbonic maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with native yeast. Aged in stainless steel tanks on the lees for 5-6 months.
