Notes:  Masseria La Cattiva was founded by a group of friends (and ex-brewers) who were brought together by a shared love of fermentation and natural wine. Simplicity, freshness and minerality define this Trebbiano. 30% of the grapes saw a touch of skin contact, with vinification and ageing happening in stainless steel. The nose is spiced and supple, and what follows is a mix of savory fruit and lemony tang.
