Notes: Composed by a large majority of old Sylvaner vines from Cru Mittelbergheim, Gewurztraminer and a touch of Muscat to balance it all. This cuvée is bottled without any addition of sulfur. Spermitura is soft and lasts for 8 - 10 hours with whole bunches. Aging in steel until the malolactic fermentation takes place.
